Empower Girls With MATH
Here is a great opportunity for girls to get excited about math – in a playful context.
The math bee will be comprised of math ciphers, which are a combination of puzzle-type questions and quick arithmetic.
Each problem will relate to an empowering theme; even simple arithmetic will be done in the context of a world problem so that the girls can envision why math is important and relevant.

Through this agenda, we believe that we can engage girls and encourage them to feel successful and effective with math -- and emphasize the idea that numerate girls rule!
