In December, the Playhouse in the Park original musical A Christmas Carol will be presented at the Saenger Theatre in downtown Mobile at 6 Joachim Street.
The public evening performance will be Friday, December 4 at 7:30 p.m. School Shows are on Thursday, December 3 at 9:00 & 11:30 a.m. and Friday, December 4 at 9:00 & 11:30 am.
The original music and lyrics were written by Playhouse Managing Director Danny Mollise and Musical Director Scott Jolly. Local “Lagniappe” arts columnist/film critic Asia Frey adapted the script from the classic Charles Dickens novel. Singing and dancing along with spectacular ghostly special effects make this a performance you won’t want to miss!
