Neil Schneider founded and runs the group Meant to be Seen, an authority on immersive technologies like 3D, AR, VR and more. It is where connections and opportunities are forged that have resulted in the creation of the Oculus Rift, the Virtuix Omni, Minecraft in VR, and more. He also serves as Executive Director of The Immersive Technology Alliance (ITA) a non-profit corporation dedicated is to making immersive technologies successful.
Blair Renaud, Co-founder IRIS VR and OccupiedVR
As co-founder of both IRIS VR and OccupiedVR, Blair is developing a number of VR titles. From the retro inspired Cyberpunk world of Technolust and David Cronenberg's POD 3.0 experience to the Rainbows and Unicorns of his up-coming mobile VR "Look and Loot™" game, Blair believes that immersive virtual worlds will be the playground of the future.
Srinivas Krishna, Founder and CEO, AWE
Srinivas Krishna founded AWE Company Ltd. in 2012 to develop and commercialize technologies that enable immersive, next-generation augmented reality entertainment experiences across all devices, virtually anywhere. AWE technology is currently being used to drive an interactive AR tour through history at Fort York, a 9 acre site in downtown Toronto. When it launches in Spring 2015, a hundred thousand visitors will experience the tour annually. An acclaimed film director, interactive producer, entrepreneur and inventor, Krishna has created feature films that have premiered at Cannes, Toronto and Sundance, large scale media installations staged in public sites and museums across the world, not to mention patent-pending technologies that are being developed and deployed by AWE.

Demo Me
The featured Demo Me introduces Jeffrey Lande who will present RiftSino, the first virtual reality casino designed for the Oculus Rift. This application is the work of Lucky VR. Lucky VR develops immersive virtual reality experiences specializing in casino gaming content. It takes traditional casino games like slots, poker and blackjack and makes them into engaging virtual reality applications for the Oculus Rift and Samsung's Gear VR headsets.
Meetup Facilitator: Cathleen MacDonald
Cathleen MacDonald is a digital media entrepreneur who creates motion picture experiences for television (Discovery Channel, CBC, TVOntario, PBS, and more) and for education. She is a former film distributor (VEC/Criterion Pictures), serves as a juror for industry competitions and agencies, and coordinates the Silicon Peel Mentoring program.
