With many years of dance, yoga, burlesque and circus experience, the Dolls bring you the best ways to stretch, strengthen and tone all those sexy bits and boy do… Show more we mean all of them! Discover exercises for building strength and flexibility, how to use angles and positioning to your advantage during performance, and a few fun tricks too. Come prepared in comfortable stretchy clothes, bring a pair of stockings or socks, and be ready to get it on.

About the instructors:
The Dolls of Doom are an acrobatic and aerial trio lauded for their inventive, sexy (and sometimes silly) performances. They were inducted into the Burlesque Hall of Fame as "Best Variety" in 2010 and awarded "Most Comedic" in 2011.
Originally from Chicago, the Dolls perform worldwide and have bases in Chicago, San Francisco, and Battleboro.
