Granted we walked in about an hour and a half before the kitchen closed and the place was packed. But the woman at the desk didn't even bother taking our name to put us on the wait list. In fact when asked how long the wait would be she simply responded "a long time." However, they did end up getting us seated, even if it was an hour later! The food was great, and the actual service was fantastic. Something so simple like lamb salad was done in a way the lamb melted in your mouth.
