Exploring Heirloom Tomatoes!
Dive into the tomato deep end with Chef/Owner Dave Swanson. Explore a number of heirloom varieties plus the Wisconsin classics in this all things tomato class. We will put tomatoes through the wringer from Grilled Tomato and Pepper Soup, to Fried Green Tomatoes with Goat Cheese, all the way to dessert with a Tomato Tart Tatin with Basil Ice Cream. Tomato stains are guaranteed; dress accordingly.
