The Resilient Spirit: Nurturing Mental Health
The fifth annual Women's Wellness Day focuses on mental health. Keynote speaker Sue McKenna will provide strategies for building resilience in the face of heartbreak and transferring that resilience to our loved ones. Participants may attend 2 of 5 breakout sessions, which address issues regarding teens, aging, and the stigma attached to mental illness, or hands-on experiences with art therapy or journaling. The morning begins with breakfast and ends with lunch.
