Millheim Mindfulness Yoga
This four hour workshop will provide an introduction to mindfulness yoga. It will include a discussion of meditation techniques and several sessions of meditation and asanas.
Mindfulness yoga applies the techniques of mindfulness meditation to yoga practice. It begins by helping us develop internal awareness of the pose, and over time allows us to understand the pose and ourselves at progressively deeper levels.
