Hula Hooping Dance & Fitness

Josephine's class is a fun, low impact form of exercise. Often called "hooping", it is exercise with many fitness benefits as you twirl and dance your way into toning muscles, improving balance, and flexibility, and strengthening your core. Hula Hoops are available for use in class.
