Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, blanket and a firm pillow to sit on. Don't forget to bring lots of water because we will prepare ourselves to move into a deep meditative state with a Kriya specifically designed to move the energy into the Heart. Afterwards we will deeply relax under the healing vibrations of the Gong.
