Born in Connecticut, Biagio, the self-taught chef, spent most of his time in his parents' kitchen. Biagio moved to Southern Italy to pursue his passion and learn where to find the best ingredients for every dish. Shortly after moving back to the States, he took over his father's pizzeria and started adding in his unique dishes. In the past 7 years Biagio has grown the restaurant, Biagio's Osteria, from 20 seats to 120 seats, and has been featured in The New York Times, the Connecticut Post and several other publications. Biagio's Osteria is rated the Number 1 Italian restaurant in Connecticut by both Opentable and Zagat. Located at the Milford Train Station, GotChef offers Food Trucks for Home and Office Parties, Catering and Delivery Service, using biodegradable boxes, forks and knives.
