Chef Ouita's Winter Dinner Club 2013: Around the World in 80 Days
In the first three months of 2013, the staff of the Holly Hill Inn in Midway will reprise its Winter Dinner Club series by conducting its guests on a culinary world tour inspired by the travels described in Jules Verne’s novel, Around the World in 80 Days. Each week, Chef Ouita Michel's cuisine reflects a stop along adventurer Phileas Fogg's travels. Specially paired wine flight and cocktail specials featured throughout the Winter Dinner Club 2013 series. Vegetarian options always available.
