Christina Vagenius: The Gift

Created by self-taught artist Christina Vagenius, The Gift is a three-dimensional children's book that consists of 24 shadow boxes made using vintage and discarded books and journals on the subjects of spirituality and love — stories of journeys and longing, hope and trust. The pages from these books are hand painted and cut, bringing together the diverse words and voices spoken inside the forgotten pages.
