Help motivate people to lose weight, build muscle and feel good about themselves. Class will incorporate drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength and quickness. You'll move around the room to a number of different stations-each designed for a specific exercise. Bring a mat and water bottle. Class offered on Tuesdays. Pre registration is required.
