Zumba is a spicy mix of Latin rhythms and moves with belly dancing, salsa, hip-hop, cumbia, tango and reggae. With a mix of body-sculpting moves and easy-to-follow dance steps. Zumba Gold is for all ages with a moderate increase in intensity but still easy enough for beginners or someone adding fitness back into their life. Class taught by a certified fitness Instructor. Six week classes availiable. Pre registration required. Six week sessions available.
