STK Miami, Not Your Daddy's Steakhouse, is located just off the lobby in the chic Gansevoort Miami Beach Hotel.
STK has created a seasonal menu emphasizing fresh ingredients and local producers, offering Miami locals and our international guests alternatives to traditional steakhouse fare.
Steak is the main attraction at STK and we feature different cuts and sizes of meat, such as small, medium and large, as well naturally raised options, that are sure to satisfy every STK guest. Signature entrees and market fish are also served, along with both traditional and more inventive side dishes. For all of our New York visitors rest assured we will have STK's signature dishes such as the famous Shrimp Rice Krispies, Fois Gras French Toast and Lil BRGRS to name just a few. STK also features a complete cocktail list, and in-depth wine menu with over 200 bottles.
