The Clambake Returns to the Forge for the Season!
The Forge Restaurant | Wine Bar is bringing back its annual Clambake every Friday starting May 3, 2013 at 6 p.m. each night. The hand-crafted clambake is created using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients indigenous to South Florida.
The menu features some of The Forge’s best dishes including: Steamed Clams & Mussels,& New England Clam Chowder; Grilled Maine Lobster, Grilled Salmon w/basil mash potatoes, hearts of palm & green salad, and Grilled Hangar Steak w/tomato jam & leek chutney.
