Miami Jewish Film Festival at Regal Cinema South Beach

The 10-day festival screens award-winning features and docs at the Regal Cinema from Jan. 28 - 31 with special guests. The First Fagin follows Ikey Solomon, an infamous criminal who is thought to be the inspiration for Charles Dickens' Fagin; Orchestra for Exiles tells the origins of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and the ties to WWII; and grittier films include the Israeli features My Lovely Sister and Room 514, the German drama Kaddish For a Friend, and the French drama-thriller, Aliyah.
