This ginger-haired Brit will be back in the Valley in May as the opening act on Taylor Swift’s upcoming Red Tour. In the meantime, his sold-out appearance at Tempe’s Marquee Theatre has been bumped up to an amphitheater gig in support of his first album, “+,” which hit the U.S. charts at No. 5. His only song to chart here in the States, “The A Team,” is a wistful unplugged ballad of the sort that would endear him to the average Swift fan, but it’s hard to know what they’ll make of his rapping.
