HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!!!! Do NOT rent from them! You will definitely regret it! The first time my husband and I met with Carmen the owner she seemed very nice and professional. After we booked the place and payed for half the balance everything went downhill. First she would take forever to return our calls and tell us the best time to reach her was late at night, but HELLO some of us have jobs in the mornings and can't be up late to try and reach her. Then the second time I was supposed to meet with her she never showed up for our appointment. I tried to call her and she didn't answer or even return my calls for THREE DAYS!! It just so happened that that weekend was the bridal show so I know that was where she was at but she gave me some half ass excuse about how she had to take her kids to the doctor. For THREE DAYS REALLY??
Then when she was going to meet me again she was 20 minutes late and told me that she was involved in a hit and run with a semi-truck. How does a semitruck get away really? This is when I really started to realize how crazy she was!!!

Well the night of the reception she was supposed to have a security gaurd there since there would be alcohol served. There wasn't which wasn't a big deal to us until we had some wedding crashers come in who apparently just happened to be regulars at her ballroom. At about 8:30 the bartender who she provided decided to cut the groom off. He said that he was too drunk!! First of all he had hardly had anything to drink because everytime he would get a drink he would take a couple sips and put it down to do something and forget about it. Plus he was dancing and CELEBRATING that he just got married. But I guess to the 80 year old bartender that meant he was too drunk. Now we payed for ALL of the alcohol and for him to SERVE it to us and he wouldn't even do that. We bought 16oz cups for our guests to use but he brought his own that were about 8oz and decided to serve drinks out of those. Plus he was collecting tips from our guests when he wasn't supposed to. So after he cut my husband off and wouldn't even reason with us or talk to us I told him that he could leave.

We were all packing up our stuff to leave too when the CRAZY owner Carmen came running in yelling at all of our guests to get the F*CK out. REALLY PROFFESIONAL!! Travis tried to take her outside to talk to her away from everybody calmly because frankly after everything she had done I was ready to rip her hair out! Of course you can't talk rationally to somebody who is crazy so we just packed the rest of our stuff up and went to our hotel and finished our reception. We lost money on the dj because we had him until 10 but when she came in she told him to stop playing and we had rented the place until 11 and were only there until 9:30 so we lost money on that too. I definitely do not recommend renting from her you will DEFINITELY regret it. The place is cheap but I would have rather paid more somewhere else than to have had to deal with this place!!!
