The legendary Gin Blossoms perform a benefit for ANASAZI Foundation, with Jesca Hoop, Joshua James, Benton Paul, and Firefly
With such enduring and memorable songs as “Hey Jealousy,” “Allison Road,” “Follow You Down,” and “Til I Hear It From You,” the Gin Blossoms’ inventive, instantly appealing smart pop has made an indelible imprint on the history of rock and roll.
After a difficult breakup, a stirring reunion and a few years of playing live shows together, the Gin Blossoms recently completed Major Lodge Victory, an album that is both long-awaited and well worth the wait.
The Tempe-based band returns home to the Valley for a concert benefiting the non-profit ANASAZI Foundation. Proceeds from the show will help financially challenged families seeking to save a son or daughter struggling with substance abuse, depression, and other concerns.
Joining the Gin Blossoms are renowned singer-songwriter Jesca Hoop, indie sensation Joshua James, and Benton Paul. Local trio Firefly opens the show at 7 p.m.
