The St. Francis Hospital Community Outreach Program will bring its Outreach Bus to the Merrick Jewish Centre on Monday, March 12th from 10am-2pm to provide free health screenings to local residents.
The Bus will offer FREE health screenings including brief cardiac history, blood pressure, simple blood test for cholesterol and diabetes. Appropriate patient education and referrals will be provided as needed for clients above the age of 18.
