Belly Dance Fitness (Lunch Hour)
Learn the basic movements of this ancient and natural dance form. Appropriate for all age groups & body shapes, this unique dance & fitness program enhances posture, grace, & self-confidence. Belly Dancing is a great, low-impact way to burn calories, increase spinal strength & flexibility, tighten hips & thighs, & reshape the entire abdominal region. Students will need to purchase a veil & hip-scarf (approx. $25).
Note: $10 discount for past participants. $2 material fee paid to instructor.
