6th Annual Chilly Fest

The family-oriented event features chili and ice carving competitions, live entertainment, outdoor games, a “Warm Up to the Arts” art sale, a raffle with items for adults and children and a variety of booths featuring information and goods from area organizations. Food and beverages, including chili, pizza and baked goods, are available for purchase
Contestants are still being sought for the chili competition, amateur ice carving and ice bowling events.

Among this year’s Chili Cook-Off celebrity… Show more judges include WTMJ meteorologist Sally Severson, Village Trustee Jeff Steliga and Wisconsin Athletic Directors Association Distinguished Service Award winner Jerry Mislang.

Festival-goers will find the chili competition, karaoke, rock and roll musical favorites with Elvis, raffle and booths in the heated tent located in the municipal parking lot behind the Associated Bank building next to Mill Pond Park. The “Warm Up to the Arts” sale will be held in the Associated Bank building center lobby.

Professional and amateur ice sculptors will create and display their ice art throughout the downtown. Outdoor games and ice bowling will be held in Mill Pond Park with some events on the river, weather permitting.

Downtown businesses, restaurants and galleries will be open during the event and AJ Live (corner of Main and Mill Streets) will feature performances by some of the area’s top musicians.
