LB Steak in Menlo Park to Showcase a One Night Only Roland Passot Special Event
LB Steak Menlo Park will be serving for one night only, Feb. 27, a $145 4-course prix fixe menu, with an amuse bouche and paired wine with each course, designed by renowned chef Roland Passot who is the restaurant's proprietor and Chief Culinary Officer. Service will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Chef Passot will be working in the kitchen the evening of the dinner and will also visit with guests in the dining room as will Master Sommelier Eric Entrikin who selected the wines to be paired with the meal.
