The Salsarita's franchise is owned and operated by BRV, Inc., a Charlotte, NC-based company with a history of success in the franchising business, created Salsarita's Fresh Cantina in 2000. After the premier store's early success, Bruce Willette and Director of Operations Thang Nguyen founded Salsarita's, Inc. to offer an outstanding franchise opportunity.

"We understand the unique needs of franchise owners because we are franchise owners ourselves," Willette says. "Having run several franchise stores over the years gave us insights and experience in the day-to-day operation of a restaurant. With the flagship Salsarita's (located at Cotswold Village Shops in Charlotte) thriving, and more locations immediately underway, the new franchise is quickly gaining brand recognition and a reputation for quality.
