Don Quixote Great Book Discussion

Tuesday, Nov 4 7:00p

This discussion group will read and discuss Miguel Cervantes’ classic book Don Quixote. We will delve way beyond the ‘windmills’ to discuss how this book has been described as the ‘first novel’, influencing such writers as Dickens, Flaubert, Tolstoy and Borges.  We will discuss how Cervantes makes the imaginative participation in reading at same time wonderful and potentially dangerous.

Led by Kyna Hamill, Ph.D, a faculty member at Boston University.
