At this training, you will receive 16 hours of training in the Mindful Schools K-12 curriculum. Coffee, tea, and a light snack will be available in the mornings, and lunch will be on your own on Saturday and Sunday (the venue is just 5 minutes from local restaurants). We have set aside the following rooms for you based on our availability: (10) Studio Suites - $105.00 each Making Reservations: Everyone is responsible for making their own lodging reservations. They may do so via on-line or by telephone. On-Line instructions: Go to our web site http://www.staymclean.com/ and select arrival and departure dates, number of people in party, and the number of suites, then click submit. Once submit has been clicked, it will take them to the reservation page. They need to go to the left side and they will see Group Code and then they will need to type in Q41 and hit Modify Search. Now the Montessori School page will show with the group rates and suite types. They can select and finish their arrangements and receive a confirmation. They will need to guarantee with a major credit card. If they prefer they can call our direct reservation line at (800) 238-8000 and let them know the block name and block code to make a reservation as well. Reservation Cut-Off Date: Lodging reservations must be made by Friday, April 12, 2013. After this date, the block will be released and the rooms will go back to the hotel’s general inventory for re-sale to the general public. Regan is about 10-15 minutes from us and Dulles is about 30-35 minutes.Rail: Union Station in DC, Metro (subway) to West Falls Church (about 25-30 minutes), cab to us about 2.5-3 miles (5-8 minutes), or just cab it from Union station straight to us or your hotel in McLean (20-25 minutes).
