Pet Care: Common Toxicities & Basic First Aid

Plants, foods, medications, and other items that may be toxic to your pet and what to do until you can get to your veterinarian. Many human foods such as raisins, onions and chocolates are very dangerous to pets as well as common household medications such as ibuprofen, aspirin and acetaminophen. We?ll provide handouts as a quick reference guide. Advice for handling injuries and sudden illness will also be discussed. Time will be allotted for questions. Instructor: Dr. Anna Keating
