The 2011-12 Book-in-Common program will place its focus on the experiences of the country’s veterans – on and off the battlefield.
The Book-in-Common program picks a book every year for the purpose of students, faculty, staff and the community to read it and incorporate it into the classroom spanning across various disciplines.
This year’s selection is Soft Spots: A Marine’s Memoir of Combat and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder by Clint Van Winkle.
