Speakers include:
Mike Peterson, Lead agronomist with Orthman Manufacturing. Mike is a soil scientist, developing markets and advising farmers around the world with his knowledge of roots/soil structure and development.
Dave Langford, Global Director/Chief Visionary Officer of Earthtec Solutions. Dave has taken the lead in research on water management in the High Plains Region due to restricted water allocations. Along with the Irrigation Research Foundation in Yuma, Colorado they have developed an AdviroNET program that conserves water and nutrients while maintaining consistent or higher yields.
Don Day, Owner of DayWeather which provides accurate weather forecasting from 71 radio stations across Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado and Wyoming keeping farmers and ranchers abreast of changing weather conditions. In 2011 DayWeather was rated #1 by AMR in all producer groups including corn growers from all broadcasting regions.
Jae Fielding, Kugler Company’s newest addition to its fertilizer research group. Jae comes to us from Dow Chemical as a Chemical Engineer with background in product research. He has been instrumental in determining the use foliar fertilizer application and how the breakdown of nutrients are received by the plant.
