Sweaty Saturday - FREE Workout in the Park
Sweaty Saturdays are fun (and FREE) Total Body workouts, offered the 2nd Saturday of each month.
Who: Everyone in the community age 12+ that is interested in a fun workout is invited.
Why: To kick your weekend off right, have fun, be surrounded by great people, and burn tons of calories!
What to Wear: A smile, workout clothes, sunscreen & supportive shoes.
What to Bring: Great enthusiasm, a water bottle, a towel/mat for ground work, AND your friends and family.
