Description Lose weight, incinerate fat, and increase athletic capacity with this "high intensity interval training" technique. Tabata training originated in Japan as a form of training for elite athletes. Since then, it has become an increasingly popular workout for all exercise groups. The Tabata regiment is traditionally designed as 20 seconds of "HIIT" and 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated for a total of 8 cycles which is 4 minutes long.
