The Joy of Christmas

The Yuba Sutter Master Chorale will present their upcoming concert "The Joy of Christmas" on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, 1390 Franklin Road, Yuba City, CA and on Sunday, December 9, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, Sampson and Rideout Way, Marysville, CA. The concert this year will be dedicated to our beloved founder and music director, Joaquina Calvo Johnson, who passed away in August. The concert will be conducted by Kathryn Donovan… Show more (a protege of Joaquina Johnson) and will include Haydn Mass No. 6 in G (Missa Sancti Nicolai), "Gaudete!", "Betelehemu", as well as other holiday favorites and will again feature dancers from Jacque's Dance Expressions. Tickets are $10 general admission and $5 for children 12 and under.
