SLOWednesday: Farming and Fracking
Slow Food St. Louis and the Schlafly Bottleworks present SLOWednesday after the Schlafly Farmers Market. Each month features a different discussion about our local food system.
On September 11, SLOWednesday will host Farming and Fracking, a discussion of the importance of small rural farmers, what they do for our communities and how hydraulic fracturing (fracking) and it’s collaborative industries are endangering this niche in rural communities nationwide.
