Ok, you all may disregard my review because I am a manager for this movie theatre! But I am also a VERY frequent customer so I will make this as fair as possible. The experience every time at this theatre is fantastic. We have 6 box office registers and 20 concession registers so the longest line you will wait in will be no longer than 3 minutes (and that's being generous). On weekends we have an usher do an announcement to the audience right before the movie starts letting people know our policy on cell phones and talking and welcomes them to the theatre then wishes everybody to enjoy the movie. Their is ALWAYS at LEAST one manager walking around in the lobby to assist with anything that a customer may have. Popcorn is popped continuously throughout the day so stale popcorn is a thing of the past. Wide selection of other concession choices such as Pretzel Bites (Mmm), Pizza, Hot Dogs, Candy, Soda, ICEE, and Nachos. At Kerasotes ShowPlace Theatres we our proud to offer "ShowService". Which is "The superior motion picture experience offered exclusively by Kerasotes ShowPlace Theatres". That is a definition that every employee and manager has on the forefront of their mind throughout the day. Your superior motion picture experience begins before you ever step foot out of your car. Easy freeway access, wonderful landscaping, beautiful lights, and soon to be a whole slew of restaurants. The location is new so development and construction are currently still improving the area. As you walk up to the theatre you will be amazed at the beauty of the building. A box office cashier will greet you with a nice greeting then assist you in a fast, friendly, and accurate transaction. Once you walk into the building the great scent of fresh popping popcorn will certainly welcome you. The next smiling person will interact with is our greeter. They will take your tickets and assist you in the proper location of your movie. After you get your concessions from the friendly employees at the concession stand you will make your way to the auditorium. Each auditorium is loaded with top of the line digital projectors and accompanied by 100% dolby digital surround sound. You can't ask for anything better than that. After your crystal clear, never dirty, never scratched, always looks new movie begins, an usher will regularly monitor the movie to make sure that the picture, sound, temperature, and lighting are all functioning properly. They will also be on the lookout for any disturbing patrons to help the movie experience always be a positive one. At the end of the movie as you are leaving the auditorium you are greeted by another employee wishing you a good evening. Make sure before you leave to get your refill of all sizes of popcorn, soda, and ICEE. Also, we offer a special club to everyone for free known as the "Five Buck Club". You can sign up for free at www.fivebuckclub.net. After you sign up you will receive a card in the mail and you will get an email every thursday letting you know which movies you can see for FIVE DOLLARS. A movie will be placed on the five buck list after at least two weeks since the beginning of the engagement. This offer is available every single day all day long.

Overall, this is a great movie experience and "ShowService" is pretty obvious from the moment you lock eyes with the first employee.
