Chamber Music Recital - Something for Everyone

Woodwind trios by Mendelssohn (romantic) and Madeleine Dring (contemporary) contrast with a performance of traditional Japanese music. Internationally recognized flute soloist, Yuki Isami, performs worldwide on classical flute and for this recital will be playing on traditional instruments of Japan, Japanese flute and shinobue. Jim Bosse a brings his own composition, Suite Grandkids, arranged for guitar, oboe and drum. The six movements were inspired and named for each of his six grandchildren.
