A buffet bar - heavy-laden with freshly made gourmet salads, breads, hot traditional side-dishes, dips and sauces - is a tempting first port of call. But the night truly begins with the gradual arrival of 11 prime cuts of meat. Nossa Casa operates the ‘rodizio' style of continuous service whereby cuts of beef, chicken, pork and lamb, or vegetarian options, are taken on skewers straight from the barbecue grill and carved or served directly at the table to capture the freshest individual flavours. And it adds a theatrical, personal element to the proceedings, too.
