Cala’s is named after the head chef and owner Jeff Cala. His signature dishes include a Tuna Tartare appetizer with avocado, mango and ginger slurry and the Lobster and Corn Risotto entrée that is tossed with fresh asparagus, shaved grana cheese and drizzled with lemon vinaigrette. Cala’s is known for some truly uncommon specials like ostrich, wild boar and antelope.
