CrossFit Open WOD 12.1

Register here to complete the 2012 CrossFit Open WOD 1 at CrossFit Impulse on Saturday, 25-February!
The CrossFit Open is the first step in competing in the CrossFit Games or being a part of our affiliate team. It is open to anyone, and is a whole lot of fun. Moreover, it will make you a better athlete.
Each week on Saturday at 9 AM you can compete with other Open competitors at CrossFit Impulse. You must submit your own score online at the CrossFit Games site, and CrossFit Impulse will validate… Show more it as legitimate. During the competition you'll receive an individual judge and will be held to high standards of movement and range of motion for every rep.
