Yoga Made For Runners workshop

This 2-hour workshop, part of the NW Yoga Conference, has been created specifically for runners. It will feature a dynamic yoga practice, a discussion of running injuries and running anatomy, and a look at how yoga can make us better, healthier runners. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Mike is a Vancouver-based yoga teacher and runner. He's run 10 marathons and is intimately familiar with the aches, pains and injuries that running can inflict. As well, Mike has a 15-year background in teaching yoga, the last 6 years catering specifically to runners with his Yoga Made For Runners classes and workshops.
