Mambo Grill

Our made-to-order meals are filled with meat, fat-free vegetarian beans, perfectly cooked rice, romaine lettuce, Monterey jack and cheddar cheese, homemade salsa, pico de gallo and guacamole. We only use boneless skinless chicken breast, which is hand trimmed, marinated and grilled to provide the healthiest, tastiest chicken possible. Our top quality beef and pork sirloin are also hand-trimmed and grilled and/or slow cooked to provide a ton of flavor, with no guilt. Perfect mambo Guacamole is created with Hass avocados, ripened to a tender green. They are gently sliced to protect their velvety texture, and then added to a tangy, salty blend of onion, tomatoes and cilantro. Our salsas and pico de gallo are made fresh using ingredients which are handpicked from the market daily, by our own produce expert.
