Discover the colors, patterns, and stories behind Lowell’s cloth traditions. Lowell NHP invites you to a celebration of global cloth making. Admission to the event and the Boott Cotton Mills Museum is free on Aug 25. Presenters from the Angkor Dance Troupe, local museums, and community members from Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria, India, Cambodia, Vietnam, Trinidad, and other countries will display textiles and the techniques behind them. Plus, enjoy demonstrations, talks, and hands-on activities.
