What can/can't I bring to the event?
Bring your own zafu or sitting bench; bath towel and toiletries; shoes suitable for walking outside; all-weather outerwear. Please leave unnecessary electronics at home.
Is there a vegetarian meal option?
All meals will be vegetarian.

No, this retreat is open to everyone.
