Eco Asian

A young boy was brought up in a family like many others where a Chinese take-away meal was an exciting treat. The family gathered around the kitchen table for egg fried rice, crispy battered prawns, Fu Yong, Chop Suey and Chao Mian, all splattered with soy sauce. Having a wise and collected father added to the boy's character and interest in the East. He paid attention to every meal that was brought to the family table and his parents treated him and his brother and sisters to elaborate meals at top restauranteurs' abodes. As a very young boy he learnt from these mentors and followed them on tours of their operations and one day he began to work for other passionate managers and owners in the trade until he was ready for his own creation. And he did it and so many people wondered in awe and asked of other places like it in their home towns. They enjoyed delicious feasts from white Chinese take-away boxes always content that their hunger was satisfied within a short period of entering the establishment. Finally the young man ventured over the seas to the land where people believe that everyone deserves to achieve their dreams and the entire world was watching and there he chiselled and peaked his next master piece. And he called it Eco-Asian. By now the young man had not only learnt business and cuisine but he had also learnt the art of positive energy. Most of the people he met and attracted were ones that grabbed at life's gifts like he did. The young man trusted his feelings more than his thoughts and he built it knowing that they would come. Those of you whom have visited can feel and taste the difference. This is food made with love, made from the freshest ingredients and made with such passion that it has been transferred into the food. So enjoy!
