Just to note this a review on their "BUFFET" not the a la carte menu.
Last time I went to a Dodger game the buffet was a raging 5 star, top notch buffet. I didn't mind the $36-38 price tag.
Yesterday (6/18/09) the selection was half the size it was before (without a price change) The meat was tough. There were no "top shelf" items like crab legs, lobster ravioli or not even a carved roast beef or prime rib. Everything was too salty.
If it wasn't for the great view of the field it would have been one of my worse dining experience in quite awhile.
Basically it was a $20 meal with a $36 price tag (ice tea, soft drinks and dessert NOT INCLUDED)
I don't mind a $36 charge if I am going to get an amazing buffet like you would at a top notch hotel on a Sunday morning brunch.... but it fell short.
The bill with tip was about $100 for a budget cafeteria buffet dinner (eck...should have went to "Outback" or even "Ruth Chris" and used the rest of the $$$ on gas!)
I do hope they read this review and make changes to bring back the glorious buffet they used to have.
But for now I'm back to "Dodger" dogs until they do.
