Popup dinner with Jamie Lauren
Former Top Cheffer Jamie Lauren will be cooking a five to six course pop-up dinner with seating up to 30 guests. It's an art based pop-up held at Park Studios and will feature the photography of Jason Lee Parry & Andrew Kuykendall. Thus far the menu consists of yellowtail crudo with lemongrass/kafir lime,oil pickled chiles crispy shallots and finger limes. The main course is said to be an amazing slow cook pork confit. Cocktail hour will start at seven and dining will begin around eight.
