Body Image: Finding Peace With Your Body
Our relationship with our own body can be a source of tremendous pain, anxiety and insecurity. If we base our worth and value on our physical appearance, we are highly susceptible to insecurity, depression and discontent. In this day course, American Buddhist monk Gen Rigpa will share how Buddhist insights can help alleviate the mental sufferings associated with body image. Everyone is a welcome.
