Come join LAUSD's Physical Fitness for Older Adults program: M/W 1-3 p.m, T/Th/F 9:30-11:30 a.m at San Pedro Service Center 769 W. Third St., San Pedro, CA 90731. Classes focus on range of motion, cardio fitness, strengthening, toning, stretching, and overall wellness. Regan Read is a certified teacher with over 25 years of experience. Classes are only $30 per semester. Start the New Year right, and let's get in shape together! Begins Jan. 7th, 2013.
