Bay Area Butterflies and the Native Plants They Need, a talk by Liam O'Brien

Friday, Mar 22 7:30p to 9:30p
Los Altos Library Los Altos, CA

Trained as a stage actor, Liam O'Brien is now a illustrator, conservationist, and activist. He started The Green Hairstreak Project at Nature in the City, spearheaded efforts to restore Mission Blues back to Twin Peaks, and became a painter of interpretive trail signs for San Francisco's Rec & Parks Dept. His talk covers the 34 species and connects native host plants to what folks can do to benefit the creatures in their gardens.
